Intelli IM App Reviews

This app was working great for the first few days but suddenly it keeps changing my status on its own. I will set my status to away and it will keep changing it back to available or invisible on its own. I cannot make it stop switching my status please help!

Nice app … I use it for work. My company uses Microsoft communicator 2007.

Works great! Now my team doesnt know Im away from my computer while Im driving down the road!

Status messages never delete and reinstate F O R E V E R. My January vacation message has been deleted over twenty times. Select in office message click done. Go back. Delete the vacation message with swipe n delete. Clicked Done button Two minutes later its back. Very frustrating. If there is any other option get or buy it. I cannot recommend this app.

I have been using this application for over a year. For the first year it was working with no issues and now it stopped connecting to the Lync server and switched to light service in a middle of the subscription. Contacting support several times did not help at all. Support is very unresponsive and not helpful. They switched application to back to full service per my request and it only lasted a day and then switched back to light service. Support is not responding any more. Can not recommend.

If your enterprise has deployed phone registration or 2 factor auth, then this will not work. Please add support for the same.

Havent noticed any bugs, reliable and very useful for someone who likes to be on the go.

This app is simply fantastic! Cant think of a work day without this in these days of enterprise mobility.

Been using the paid service for a while now and now google talk quit working . So if you want google talk to work , go find a different app , Skype wont work either

This app allows me to keep up on whats going on in the office, when I cant be there.

hands down this app is the best in the app store for Office Communicator or Lync use. that said, if you use IAP to move to a premium plan, it might be a rough go for you. i paid for two years in advance. at first i only paid for a single year, but IntelliIM still showed pro account expiration as 25APR15. i emailed Intelli support proof of my first payment but i never heard back.

I was using this app for a while with OC when our company decided to change to Lync 2013. So, I downloaded the app for Lync 2013 and could not log on. I went back to this app and added a Lync account and I was up and running in no time. Its worth 15 bucks a year.

This is v good app for business

At first I thought this was just going be like Messenger or the Hangouts app but after using it all day, I prefer this Intelli IM app much more! It opens much smoother and faster in my opinion. The right and left swiping motion to move from one conversation to another is unique and efficient. Rather than imposing loads of unnecessary emoticons, this app provides what seem to be the most commonly used emoticons right above the text box so it is easy to pick the one you want rather than search for it. This app has earned itself a spot on the first page of my home screen. Hopefully others can discover this user-friendly, convenient app too!

So I love the app but since the update yesterday now when I try to type messages more than half the time the keyboard blocks out my type line and I cant see my message nor can I scroll up to fix it. I have to close the app and reload

Needs to implement group chat. Other than that I am happy with this.

It only alert you have a new message but doesnt let you reply or read message on i watch

But there have been occasions where my directory will not work. Then Ill have to reset, thats the only part I do not care for

Good and simple app. I do wish it was free, but way better app then Lync 2010. So worth the $15 bucks for the year.
