Great App Unresponsive Support Flawed IAP

hands down this app is the best in the app store for Office Communicator or Lync use. that said, if you use IAP to move to a premium plan, it might be a rough go for you. i paid for two years in advance. at first i only paid for a single year, but IntelliIM still showed pro account expiration as 25APR15.

i emailed Intelli support proof of my first payment but i never heard back.
