Would use over bigger more commercial products

Ive been using this product for 14 months now and Ive not had any issues that have caused me to consider ditching it. Our business uses Skype for Business formerly Lync and I have consistently had connectivity issues onsite and off.

I infrequently experience connectivity issues but on the whole no where near as much as SFB. Its a great product overall, theres some features of SFB Id love to see on this but its primary goal is for A to communicate with B and it does this well.
